Our Policies

For all new appointments and touch-ups we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment by cash or card. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so online on our booking site, by giving us a call, or sending us an email any time up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments occurring within the next 72 hours may not be rescheduled or cancelled and deposits will not be refunded or transferred toward a future appointment.

We ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time as all appointments are booked back-to-back. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred toward a future appointment. In the event of a no-show, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred toward a future appointment.
